AMRE Supply offers retail customers a standard shipping charge of $12.99 per order to all provinces in Canada, $34.99 to Yukon/NWT, and $59.99 to Nunavut.
Oversized products, overweight products, or products that require special handling do not qualify for standard shipping and extra freight charges will apply. You will be advised of all additional freight charges at the time of order. AMRE reserves the right to add additional freight to products and locations as required.

AMRE Supply will endeavor in good faith to ship all orders as soon as possible, but cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date and will not be liable for any delay in delivery. AMRE Supply is happy to offer local branch pickup for no extra charge! You may place your order by phone or online and pickup at the AMRE Supply branch closest to you.
For your protection and to prevent fraudulent orders, pickup orders will only be released to the Buyer upon presentation of the original payment card used to process the purchase and valid photo identification.

Credit account customers within the local delivery area of an AMRE Supply branch are offered white-glove delivery service by AMRE Supply's fleet of vehicles. In stock orders will be delivered the following business day. Special orders may require additional shipping time. Appliances cannot be ordered online and must be ordered through your local AMRE Supply branch or Customer Care. Shipping and/or handling fees for appliances depend on the destination. AMRE Supply charges a flat shipping rate of $24.99 per order to the contiguous United States and $38.99 to non-contiguous United States. Shipments to the United States, regardless of location, do not qualify for shipping promotions. Additional shipping charges may apply to orders including overweight products, oversized products, or products requiring special handling. You will be advised of additional freight charges prior to your order being shipped. Payment is required on all additional freight charges.
Not all products offered by AMRE Supply are available to ship the United States. AMRE Supply reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot safely be shipped to the United States. AMRE Supply does not ship items considered Hazardous Materials or Dangerous Goods to the US. AMRE Supply does not ship any product requires special handling or that has high probability to be broken during transit. Any orders shipping to a US address that contain any applicable Dangerous Good will be cancelled without notice. You will be contacted by our Customer Care Centre as your order is cancelled and all funds that have processed will be return via your payment method.

AMRE Supply reserves the right to select its carrier of choice for all shipments and makes use of Canada Post and other common commercial couriers. All shipments must be signed for. Please specify any delivery instructions in the comment section of your order, including requests that orders be held for pickup at post office or courier depot.
All orders are shipped F.O.B. point of shipment and risk of loss will transfer from AMRE Supply to Buyer upon tender of products to Buyer, Buyer's representative or applicable common carrier. Accordingly, AMRE Supply is not responsible for any loss or damage to orders during transit. If you wish to purchase insurance with respect to any order, please make this request in the comment section of your order and you will be advised of such additional charges prior to your order being processed. In the event of damage caused by the carrier, please retain any damaged cartons or other packaging for carrier inspection.
Buyer shall examine all products upon receipt. All claims for damage, shortage, errors in shipment, or improper delivery must be made within 24 hours of delivery; after which date Buyer will be deemed to have irrevocably accepted the products, if not previously accepted, and will have no right to reject the products or to revoke acceptance.
