Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us! AMRE Supply offers a 30-day return on all products purchased excluding;

        •   Special Order items
        •   Electrical Products
        •   Gas Products

All returned products must be received with an approved Return Goods Authorization number (see below Return Goods Authorization for more information).
All returned products must be in original purchase condition and in original, undamaged packaging.
All returned products must not have been used, installed, modified, altered, or damaged in anyway.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. All returns are at your expense and choice of carrier. You may also return to your local AMRE Supply branch. AMRE Supply will only cover return shipping costs if the return is due to a shipping error of AMRE Supply's fault. If the item was shipped to you in error, AMRE Supply will provide return shipping information and will cover all return shipping costs.

All returns are subject to inspection upon receival and AMRE Supply reserves the right to deny any return if the above conditions are not met.

Return Goods Authorization

AMRE Supply only accepts returns that are received with a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA).

To request an RGA number, please fill out the RGA Request Form by Clicking Here. Requests will be responded to within one (1) business day. You will receive a response indicating either the approval or denial of your return request.

If your return request is approved, you will receive the RGA number and instructions on making the return. The RGA number must appear on the outside of any packaging as well as any documentation included. Only items with an approved RGA will be accepted.

Restocking Fees

Your return may be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. AMRE Supply reserves the right to apply a restocking fee at our discretion, including but not limited to:

        •   Exceptional and/or large quantities of any one item
        •   Large stock returns without preapproval
        •   Items purchased more than within the 30-day return window
        •   Product that has been opened or with damaged packaging
        •   Product not in original purchase condition
