Moen Commercial Mixing Valve. This manual mechanical mixing valve to enables the user to set the temperature of water. To Install: Loosen phillips head screw above lever tab. Turn tab clockwise for colder. Turn tab counter clockwise for hotter. Tighten Phillips screw above tab when desired temperature is reached. Install Mixing Valve below faucet inlet.
