Delta TECK® II Exposed Flush Valve/Flushometer Regulating Screw & O-Ring Assembly.

The regulating screw controls the flush volume. A buildup of dirt or sediment around the regulating screw can cause continuous flushing. The o-ring needs to be replaced over time due to continuous usage and wear and tear. Breakage of the o-ring may cause the toilet to stop working properly.
