An engineered system for removing suspended solids from heating water, glycol, brine and other closed loop recirculating hydronic systems. The system is installed across the circulating pump with flow from pump discharge to pump seal cage or pump suction. This provides the greatest possible pressure differential in the system and will result in a steady flow through the filtering system.

Minimize wear on pump
Reduce wear on control valve seats.
Removes suspended solids and pipe scale.
Protects piping from impact abrasion at elbows.

Repair Time: 45 Minutes

Tools: Pipe wrenches, fittings depending on your install location. Teflon tape was in the box.

We have several of these on the property and they work very well. Wish they had a drain in the bottom like the metal ones do, but I can live without that.
