Symptom: Dryer with rear vent too far from back wall or need to make a 90 degree turn in a tight spot.
Repair Time: 5 Minutes
Tools: Phillips screwdriver.
Wow. I cant believe I took so long to try this. I was struggling with a tight corner for the vent while putting in a new dryer. All the usual elbows were taking up too much room turning the corner. Trimming the input or the exit wasn't enough on the run of the mill elbows from the big box stores. This made a tighter turn right from the start putting the dryer closer to the wall with no adjustments.
Plus I could not help but notice how smooth the inside was. Nowhere for dust to settle in the elbow like it always does in the big box store units.
