| Model: Nutone TN8300
Symptom: Rotary fan switch wont keep fan on. Keeps stopping. If you jiggle it starts again for a while then stops.
Repair Time: 10 Minutes
Tools: wire cutter, 13 mm deep socket to remove/replace retainer nut, wire stripper, two 18AWG Panduit butt splice connectors, crimping pliers.
Works great with a Nutone TN8300. I could not get anyone at Broan-Nutone-Venmar to confirm if this part would work or if they had something in stock I could get. In fact they would not even return my calls or messages. Then I came across this same item with a different part number as a Whirlpool replacement with a whole slew of alternate part numbers. I decided to give it a go. Same size, same layout, similiar components. Works like a charm.
