The Broan Flex Series White 110 CFM Ceiling Exhaust Bath Fan offers easy, room side installation, with "No Attic Access Required". Ceiling mounted ventilation fan features foldable mounting ears and EZ Duct connector for easy installation. New duct damper technology provides a tighter seal, resulting in reduced warm and cold air backdrafts. This fan operates at 110 CFM and 3.0 Sones.

We got this fan to replace one that likely came with the house we're renting. It made all kinds of awful noises and let in SO much wind.
This fan however is perfect! If it weren't for the botched installation of the first one this one would have been a super easy installation, but either way the struggle was worth it. It's quiet, it keeps the whole upper floor from over humidifying, and the grille was large enough to cover up the ugly hole that was left over from the old fan. We, and our landlord, couldn't be happier!
