WiringPro® 0.293" Dual Wall Adhesive Lined Shrink Tubing (DWA). These DWA are 6" in length and black in colour. They come 12 per package. Flame-retardant, High Shrink Ratio Adhesive-lined (Semi-rigid) Polyolefin Tubing. DWA is designed for insulating and sealing splices in an under-the-hood automotive environment. The inner wall with its unique, specially formulated hot-melt adhesive forms an outstanding barrier against automotive fluids and moisture, helping to protect the harness from the effects of corrosion and water wicking.
Offers rugged protection against abrasion, vibration, and flexing.
DWA has a high shrink ratio, only a few sizes are needed to cover a wide range of splice and component diameters.
Adhesive bonds to a wide variety of plastics, rubber, and metals, including polyethylene, neoprene, and steel.
Extended temperature range.
Shrink Ratio: Approximately 4:1 - Approximately 4:1
Minimum Shrink Temperature: 110°C (230°F)
Minimum Full Recovery Temperature: 135°C (275°F)
Operating Temperature Range: -40°C to130°C (-40°F to 266°F)
