Enterprise Accounts
You are invited to open an Enterprise account. You can apply on-line or have an application faxed to you. Please allow sufficient time to process your application. To place orders during this time, AMRE Supply accepts all major credit cards and can ship to most points in Canada.
Express Accounts
If your requirements do not average $300.00 or more monthly, we encourage you to open an Express account. This account entitles your firm to all the same discounts and services. Payment is required at time of purchase.
Minimum Order
While AMRE Supply does not have a minimum order at this time, we ask that all account holders respect the cost of doing business when placing orders.
Enterprise Account Payment
Local branches are able to accept payments, but please be aware that late payment fees will not be removed from any overdue account if payment is delayed getting to appropriate locations listed below. Customer Service is our highest priority. Each location has qualified staff who will investigate and resolve any problems or questions you may have regarding our companies.

Credit Terms & Policy
Credit terms are net 30 days from date of purchase. Late payments fees will be charged at the rate of 2% per month (26.82% per annum) on all overdue accounts, without exception. Overdue accounts may be placed on C.O.D., shipments withheld, or credit facilities suspended temporarily without notice until payment is received on the overdue amount. Late payment fees will appear on statements only. Payments on account will apply firstly to late payment fees and secondly to the outstanding balance.
Invoices/Packing slips
You will receive both your invoice and packing slip at time of purchase/delivery/receipt of goods. We ask that every effort is made to forward invoice to proper paying authority. We do not forward any additional copies at end of month. A service charge may be applied if additional copies are requested.
Large Orders
Charge account orders placed over $1000.00 may require authorization by owner/management company before we can release.
Out Of Stock Merchandise
AMRE Supply makes every effort to inventory the items you need when you need them. Unfortunately, shortages do occur. If we are temporarily out of stock, WE WILL BACKORDER ON YOUR REQUEST. Please inform the customer service representative at time of ordering.
Special Orders
Non-account Holders: Items specially ordered are subject to 100% deposit and deposit is non-refundable. No returns will be accepted.

Express/Enterprise Account Holders: We will try to insure correct and prompt delivery of item. We recommend if you are reselling this item you have your client prepay as many of our suppliers will not accept cancellations/returns of special ordered items. We can only estimate time of delivery based on previous order history and do not claim any responsibility for unforeseen delays.
Damage/Short Claims
Claims for shipment shortage or damage must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Obvious shortage/damage should be noted next to your signature on delivery receipt. Please open and inspect your order upon receipt. To process any shortages you will require your delivery tag/waybill number, packing slip number & account number.

PLEASE NOTE:
AMRE SUPPLY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE BY CARRIER. IF DAMAGE IS NOTED, PLEASE RETAIN ORIGINAL CARTON FOR POSSIBLE CARRIER INSPECTION AND CONTACT CARRIER. All glass products, range hoods & electrical meters should be insured when using carriers other than AMRE Supply's local delivery vehicles.
Handling and Freight Policies
AMRE Supply uses our own delivery vehicles in certain markets and contracts with established courier's or freight forwarders for markets or areas we do not service with our own fleet. Amre Supply reserves the right to review and revise our handling fees based on market conditions.

AMRE Supply reserves the right to select the carrier of our choice if none has been selected. AMRE Supply reserves the right to select a carrier of our choice for the transportation of fragile or oversized packages or products.

All handling fees will be invoiced to client at time of shipment. If you have questions or would like to know the costs involved in having your products delivered to your business, any of our sales staff will be happy to quote you on the fees that will be applied.

  • All chemicals & dangerous goods are subject to additional environmental handling charge regardless of order value. These handling fees are based on courier fee schedules. Consult with your AMRE Supply representative for applicable charges.
  • We are not responsible for damaged products in transit. We recommend insurance be purchased for any fragile items ie; lamps, glass, range hoods, porcelain products (average fees for insurance $3/$100).
  • Any "CUBE" products may be subject to additional handling fees.

Warranty
As a distributor of products and not a manufacturer, our warranty policies are that of the product’s manufacturer.

Most products purchased from AMRE Supply are warranted for 1 year from date of purchase, unless stated otherwise by manufacturer. Any products being installed into commercial equipment are warranted for 90 days from date of purchase. Compressors have a twelve month warranty from date of purchase. Unstretched/bulk coils have no warranty and solenoids have limited warranties. (See manufacturer's notes). Coin chutes are warranted against manufacturer's defects and only the components of coin chutes that have failed will be replaced.

All warranties are limited to the proper use, application, and installation by a trained individual in the industry, and in all events AMRE Supply's liability is limited to the purchase price.

All warranty claims will be processed immediately, with the exception of products which manufacturers require an inspection of said product and electrical testing meters. (Meters will be forwarded to warranty depot for repair).

All warranty claims must have a complete and properly filled out warranty tag (CEASATAG101), or no warranty will be issued.

AMRE will replace defective items if possible, immediately at time of claim.

No credits are given. Any claims resulting in a dispute will be sent back to the manufacturer in any case. The manufacturer’s findings shall be final.

If you are a warranty repair depot for Appliance Manufacturer's AMRE SUPPLY represents, all warranty claims must be submitted 15 days from date of work completed.

All parts ordered for warranty claim purposes are Non-returnable.

All orders for warranty claims are an offer to purchase these parts, and as in all orders, due and payable 30 days from date of purchase.

All warranty paperwork must be completed in full, and proper manufacturer authorized forms must be used.
Your satisfaction is important to us! Our requirements are simple. No electrical item can be returned if it has been installed. All other items must be in the same condition at time of purchase and in original packaging. All returns must have original invoice number. All returns are at the discretion of our local branch managers. If the return is in order, a credit will be issued immediately to your account. Restocking charges may be applied against all returns up to a maximum of 25% of the original purchase value.
