Payment Terms

Non Account Sales
All cash account and retail orders will be processed immediately on checkout.

Enterprise Accounts
If you qualify for our account holder status you are invited to open an Enterprise (charge) account. You can apply on-line or have an application faxed to you. Please allow sufficient time to process your application. To place orders during this time, AMRE Supply accepts all major credit cards and can ship to all points in Canada.

Express Accounts
If your requirements do not average $300.00 or more monthly, we encourage you to open an Express (Cash/Credit/Debit card) account. This account entitles your firm to all the same discounts and services. Payment is required at time of purchase. You must also qualify for our account holder status to be approved for an Express account.

Minimum Order
While AMRE Supply does not have a minimum order at this time, we ask that all account holders respect the cost of doing business when placing orders.

Enterprise Account Payment
Local branches are able to accept payments, but please be aware that late payment fees will not be removed from any overdue account if payment is delayed getting to appropriate locations listed below. Customer Service is our highest priority. Each location has qualified staff who will investigate and resolve any problems or questions you may have regarding our companies.

Credit Terms & Policy
Credit terms are net 30 days from date of purchase. Late payments fees will be charged at the rate of 2% per month (26.82% per annum) on all overdue accounts, without exception. Overdue accounts may be placed on C.O.D., shipments withheld, or credit facilities suspended temporarily without notice until payment is received on the overdue amount. Late payment fees will appear on statements only. Payments on account will apply firstly to late payment fees and secondly to the outstanding balance.

Invoices/Packing slips
You will receive both your invoice and packing slip at time of purchase/delivery/receipt of goods. We ask that every effort is made to forward invoice to proper paying authority. We do not forward any additional copies at end of month. A service charge may be applied if additional copies are requested.

Return Policy

Amre Supply has a No Hassle return policy! You may return, at your expense, any item except gas, electrical, or special order parts within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be in original packaging with all pieces and instructions included. We suggest before opening or signing for receipt of any package that all customers thoroughly inspect the items for any damage due to shipping or manufacturer defects. Do not sign for receipt of any damaged goods. Signing for receipt of any package is acknowledging that the product is received in good condition. (Please see further damage claim information below)

The item being returned cannot be used, installed or damaged in any way. Returnable items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Special order items are non-returnable. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. If the product being returned was an error on behalf of Amre Supply we will provide return shipping information and cover return shipping costs. All other returns will be at the customers expense and choice of carrier.

Fill out a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Form

Any items being returned must be accompanied by an RGA# (Return Goods Authorization Number). To request an RGA# please fill out the RGA form by clicking here. Requests will be responded to usually within 24 business hours. You will receive a response with approval or denial of your return request. If your request is approved you will receive and RGA# and instructions on making the return. The RGA# provided must appear on the outside of the package as well as on any paperwork included. Only items with an approved RGA # will be accepted. We recommend when shipping return items that a carrier with tracking capability is used for protection against loss or damage.

Warranty

Our warranty with respect to any item sold is limited solely to the warranty of the products manufacturer. Amre makes no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We are not responsible for labor charges or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever. We will not assume any responsibility for improper diagnosis or installation. All warranties are limited to the proper use, application, and installation by a trained individual in the industry, and in all events Amre Supply's liability is limited to the purchase price.

Replacement and repair part provisions. Most manufacturer warranties are replacement or repair part provided policies and are not subject to a refund so please inquire regarding the policy of your particular item. All warranty claims will be processed immediately, with the exception of products which manufacturers require an inspection of said product. Additional shipping charges may apply.

In-Home Warranty. Some products may be covered by a manufacturers in-home warranty. These products cannot for any reason be returned to Amre for warranty work or replacement. Manufacturers with in-home warranties are limited to the product be serviced in the home by a warranty approved repair technician. This also includes products that may not work at the time of first installation. Manufacturers will not approve warranty claims on products that have been uninstalled and sent back to Amre Supply. The product must remain installed and the manufacturer will be responsible for managing the process of an in-home warranty repair or replacement. Please contact the manufacturer directly. Always check your warranty policy before removing or uninstalling any products in the case that they may be covered by an in-home warranty.

Date coded items. Some items are stamped during production with date codes to signify warranty periods. Amre takes no responsibility or makes no promises, or implications that products with date codes are supplied with date codes that reflect an exact warranty coverage period. It is the consumers responsibility to inspect all date codes and verify the manufacturers warranty information before installation. Warranties on date coded items will only be approved on date codes that fall with-in the manufacturers warranty period from the stamped date.

All parts ordered for warranty claim purposes are non-returnable. Any products ordered for warranty claims without a warranty return number or approved by Amre Supply are considered an offer to purchase these parts. These purchases are then fall under Amre's normal terms of payment and subject to interest charges if not paid within our standard payment terms.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). No warranty or return items will be accepted without an RMA. All warranty requests must be emailed to customercare@amresupply.com. Please include your name, invoice number, make, model number, serial number and a full explanation of the warranty issue. Some manufacturers require their own paperwork to be filled out and the proper manufacturer forms must be used and filled out in full. Amre will then provide an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) that must appear on the outside of the returned package as well as any paperwork. Returns with no RMA # will be refused. An RMA # will be provided within 24 business hours. As Amre only claims responsibility for warranty on the product additional shipping and handling charges will apply. Shipping any warranty or returns back to Amre Supply or the Manufacturer is the responsibility and at the cost to the customer. We recommend when shipping warranty or return items that a carrier with tracking capability is used for protection against loss or damage.

Shipping

Most in-stock items ship within 24 regular business hours via Amre's carrier of choice. Amre charges a flat-rate shipping of $10.99 to Provinces across Canada. Shipments to Northwest Territories & Yukon and Nunavut will be charged $34.99 flat rate shipping. (These areas also do not qualify for free shipping promotions). You will be advised of the additional freight charges before your order is processed.

For shipments to the United States full freight charges will apply (Min $24.99) and cannot be ordered through the website. For shipments to the US please call our customer care center at 1-800-661-9891. Many parts and products may also be available from our US subsidiary website at www.appliancepartscompany.com.

Other Beyond Standard Destination charges may apply to secluded areas where normal couriers do not deliver. You will be advised of any extra charges before your order is processed. Additional shipping and handling charges may apply in addition to the above for unqualified items. See below for further details.

Local Delivery Area Destinations
Account customer destinations within our branches local delivery area will be delivered Same or Next Business Day by our fleet of AMRE delivery trucks. This applies to items where inventory is sufficient to fulfill the order. Same or Next Business Day delivery is considered business days, weekends not included.

Non-account holders delivery destinations within our branch local delivery area will be shipped via third party carriers such as Canada Post or Purolator so that tracking and after hour depot pickups are made available. Some exceptions may include oversized/overweight items or others that include special handling.

Out of Area Destinations
Any order received by 4:00pm local time, will be shipped out Same Business Day. This means with 12 locations across Canada, shipments will reach most areas within 24 hours and 48 hours for more remote destinations. Larger pallet orders shipped by truck may require more time. Items will be shipped within 24 hours from the branch where the items inventory is located. This may not be your local AMRE branch. To qualify for same business day shipping, orders must be received by 4:00pm local time, at the branch where the items inventory is held. 24-48 hour delivery is considered business days, weekends not included. Weekend service is available in some areas at an additional freight charge. Some restrictions apply. Please contact our Customer Care Centre at 1-800-661-9891 for more information.

We understand the importance of repair needs at home and at your business. We take shipping seriously to insure orders are shipped the same day, however some conditions may impede delivery. We reserve the right to delay our 24-hour shipping policy if the need requires.

Additional Shipping & Handling Charges (Unqualified Flat-Rate Shipping Items)
Additional shipping and/or handling charges will apply to large, oversized, cubed, or heavy items as well as items that require special handling or dangerous goods. You will be advised of additional charges prior to shipping. The order will be held until written or email approval is received. Damaged items must be claimed within 24hrs. Any items signed for with freight damaged may not be claimed (See Return Policy above.)

Appliance Shipping and Handling
Appliances shipping and handling fees differ per city and region. Appliances cannot currently be ordered online. Appliances must be ordered through your local Amre branch or Amre customer care at 1-800-661-9891 customercare@amresupply.com.

Amre makes no promises or implies exact delivery times on any shipments. Amre strives to provide top quality customer service and works hard to ship all orders as soon as possible. If you have an extenuating circumstance that requires accurate or immediate shipment times we highly recommend placing your order through your nearest branch. A customer service representative can provide assistance with such special delivery needs.

Amre is not responsible for any loss or damaged products during transit. We recommend insurance being purchased for any fragile items such as glass, light bulbs, porcelain or china, range hoods etc... (Average cost is approx. $3.00 / $100.00 order value) If you wish to purchase insurance please request so in the order comments box before checkout.

Local area deliveries may be handled by an Amre Supply delivery vehicle. Amre reserves the right to review and revise our handling fees and charges without notice.

Amre reserves the right to select the carrier of our choice.

All shipments must be signed for. Our policy does not allow for couriers to drop off orders without receiving a required signature. If you cannot be present to receive an order we recommend shipping the order to a source that can sign on your behalf. The recipients name must appear in the shipping information if you are shipping to an alternate source or the package may not be delivered. You also have the option of having the order held at the nearest station or post office for pickup. Please specify any instructions to this effect in the order comment section. Standard courier or postal delivery rules apply unless otherwise noted.

Damage/Short Claims
Claims for shipment shortage or damage must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Obvious shortage/damage should be noted next to your signature on delivery receipt. Please open and inspect your order upon receipt. To process any shortages you will require your delivery tag/waybill number, packing slip number & account number.

PLEASE NOTE:
AMRE SUPPLY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE BY CARRIER. IF DAMAGE IS NOTED, PLEASE RETAIN ORIGINAL CARTON FOR POSSIBLE CARRIER INSPECTION AND CONTACT CARRIER. All glass products, range hoods & electrical meters should be insured when using carriers other than AMRE Supply's local delivery vehicles.

Special Order Items
All special order items are subject to a 100% deposit and are nonrefundable. No returns on special order items will be accepted.

Special order items require additional delivery time. The average time is approx 7-14 business days. As each product, manufacturer and warehouse location varies Amre makes no promises or implies exact delivery times of any special order products. Time delay cancellation requests on special order items (or any regular stock items) will be denied. If an item is urgent and must be delivered within a certain time we highly recommend not ordering through the website, Contact an Amre sales representative at your nearest location for more information to see if we can meet your requirements before ordering.

Full case quantities shown are for reference only. To order a full case you must update your cart with the value shown. Case values are taken from our manufacturer data and may change without notice.     Pick-Up Order Release Requirements

    In efforts to prevent fraudulent orders, Pick-up orders will only be released with the following requirements. The original purchaser must provide the actual credit/debit card used for the purchase along with valid photographic ID (e.g. passport or driving licence). The name on your credit/debit card must match the name against which your purchase was made, otherwise we will not allow pickup.

    If this is not possible or you wish to make other arrangements, please do not place order through the website. Orders can be placed through our customer care center at 1-800-661-9891. They must be advised that pickup by the original card holder is not possible and alternate arrangements may be available. Further fraud prevention protocols may be necessary depending on the nature of the order. Orders of excessive value may also require a credit scan at time of pickup in order to prove that the card was present at time of pickup.
