The 6400 Series are slow make and break, direct acting (contacts open on temperature rise) Controls. The 6400 Series kits all have a break-off shaft which is grooved at all the standard lengths. Kits also have special dual terminals (quick-connect) at each terminal position, as well as a palnut adapter kit.
